Accepting the below terms & conditions establishes a legally binding agreement between you and Belles Buns.
Disclaimer
All Cinnamon rolls& sweets are made in a home kitchen not routinely inspected by the Department of Health.
Quality & Design
*Some flavors may only be available for pre-sale or on a seasonal basis.
Belles Buns always provides professionally decorated treats using fresh and high quality ingredients. As I appreciate your business and am honored that you have chosen my bakery for your special celebration, I guarantee that the flavors, sizes, and design elements will be met as your request/invoice outlines.
If you are unsatisfied, please let me know when you receive your order.
Availability
When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that my calendar fills quickly. Inquiring about a date and filling out the custom order request does not reserve a spot on my calendar. Dates are only reserved when full payment is received. To be fair to all.
Also note that sometimes plans change for my clients and openings come up so please don't hesitate to reach out. Along with that, please understand if a family emergency or something life threatening pops up I will do my best to work with you but cannot fully guarantee your money back.
Requesting a Quote
ORDER QUANTITIES
Rolls: 1 dozen (x12) minimum, 2 dozen (x24) minimum for minis. A minimum of 1 dozen minis can be added to as an add-on to a custom package option.
Cookies/Brownies/and other treats not related to cinnamon rolls : 1/2 dozen or 1 dozen minimum
ORDER TIMELINES
There is a lot of love, time and effort that goes into making cinnamon rolls and other sweet treats. The process takes a minimum of 3 days from cradle to grave. Proofing, rising, mixing, you get the picture! Please be mindful of your date. I do not know your circumstance so laying it out and explaining (as much detail as possible) is very helpful.
RUSH ORDER
I do last minute rush orders and pickups but that is then dependent on my schedule and I will try to accommodate you as much as possible. If you pay for your order and do not pick it up for any reason you will not be refunded. This only pertains to RUSH/LAST MINUTE ORDERS.
Best Practices
ALLERGIES//
All products are prepared, baked, and packaged in my home kitchen that is not allergy-friendly. Although we use best practices to avoid cross contamination, there is no guarantee that the products produced will be free from potential allergens. There is always a risk of cross-contamination to occur and I cannot guarantee that ingredients or tools used have not come in contact with them.
Those with allergies and intolerances are advised to eat at their own risk or seek out a bakery that has allergy/intolerance friendly products.
Food Allergy Disclaimer
All sweet treats may contain or come in contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, corn, soybeans, tree nuts, nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish and bananas.

Each batch of Cinnamon rolls are made with the freshest ingredients available to me. A label with ingredients is included with every order.

Food Coloring Disclaimer
As of July 2025, all coloring used are natural, Dye Free and Plant Based!
This however is excluded by our Fruit loop roll. That has RED DYE/Yellow DYE
Food Coloring & Dye Notice:
As of January 2025, the FDA has officially banned the use of Red Dye No. 3 in food and has given a deadline of January 15, 2027 for it to no longer be used in food items.
All items leaving my bakery are accompanied with a food label that includes a list of ingredients used to create your treats.

As of July 2025, my bakery has converted to natural, dye free, and plant based food colorings.

Payment
Full payment is due at the time of your order. Cinnamon roll requests are not booked until full payment is received.
I accept the following forms of payment: Square Payment, Cash, Credit Card, Zelle, PayPal & Apple Pay.(I prefer cash:)

Changes to Existing Orders
Please notify me with changes no less than 7 days. Changes cannot be made once cinnamon rolls are baked or decorated.
Cancellation
I understand that life can throw an occasional curve ball. Please provide notice of cancellation 2-3 days before the pick up date. In the event you need to cancel your order after that time, please let me know as soon as possible. If cinnamon rolls have already been baked, arrangements must be made to pick them up and no refunds will be given. *
COVID-19 disclaimer: In the event myself or one of my family members is exposed to Covid-19 or if I fall ill, all customers with booked orders that will be affected will be notified. Those orders will be cancelled and a refund will be given. No cookies will be baked or sold until we are cleared health-wise.
Refunds
All sales are final & no refunds will be given for Cinnamon rolls already made. Any orders placed and not picked up after 24 hours will be forfeited with no refund unless arrangements have been made prior.
Packaging
Belles Buns come with standard packaging where each item is individually bagged in a food-safe, self-seal bag to ensure freshness unless otherwise requested. Custom orders are placed in a bakery box or stand. Additional Packaging options are also available at an additional cost. Standard packaging unless asked.
Note: All Cinnamon rolls are decorated and topped with final additives 15min prior to your arrival.
Pick-up & Delivery
PICK-UP
Orders must be picked up at the agreed time. Please contact me if running late. Just keep me in the loop is all I ask and I will really try to work with you! Any pick-ups past 30 minutes will be rescheduled one time. If after the second reschedule your order is forfeited. No return. If order hasn't been picked up within 24 hours (without prior contact/arrangement) will be forfeited and no refunds will be given.
Note: You can designate someone to pick-up on your behalf if prior arrangements have been made.
DELIVERY
Delivery is available at an additional cost. $15+
SHIPMENT:
This business is mainly SWFL local-Picking up, delivery etc… but shipping to selected areas is available.
Order Release & Cinnamon roll Care
Please check your order once you receive it. Once cinnamon rolls have left my care, you assume complete responsibility.
Cinnamon rolls are packaged with the utmost care but are still fragile so please handle them gently.
The rolls may shift inside the packaging, keep boxes level, support the box when carrying, and place cookies on a flat surface during transport.
Do not keep Cinnamon rolls in extreme heat.
TO PRESERVE FRESHNESS...
Cinnamon rolls will stay fresh for up to 1week if kept in an airtight container AND put in the fridge. If you are FREEZING THEM they should last up to 1 month.
To thaw, bring cinnamon rolls to room temperature for 3-4 hours before opening bag or container (to prevent condensation).
